What we collect
If you subscribe to our newsletter or text updates, we store the email address or mobile number you give us, whether you opted in to texts, and where on the site you signed up. If you submit a review or a business claim, we store the details you enter in that form. We also collect standard, aggregated traffic analytics that do not identify you personally.
How we use it
We use your contact details only to send you the Ferndale Guides updates you asked for, and to reply to reviews or claim requests you submit. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
Text messages
Text updates are opt-in. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message, or from texts by replying STOP. You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you by contacting us.
Third-party content
Listing details, ratings and review excerpts shown here originate from third-party sources such as Google and are attributed to their source. Maps are embedded from OpenStreetMap. Following a link to another site puts you under that site's privacy policy.
